CLARION Disk Array [Data General Corp.]

CLARION Disk Array is a second generation storage system that iscompatible with the SPARCserver(TM). It offers from 2.5 GB to 40 GB ofhigh performance storage and can be daisy-chained to other units toprovide even more capacity. The Disk Array support RAID level 0, 1, 3,and 5 currently. It offers repair of all major subsystems, redundantcooling, power, controllers, and disk drives.A companion unit is the Series 4300 Tape Array which offers up to 30GB ofonline tape capacity and also takes advantage of RAID 0, 1, and 5 diskdrive stripping.
